This PDF will provide three different basic training setups for competitors with different types of goals. I'll briefly explain what to expect with bikini training and then offer three different 3-day programs. All of these can 3-day programs are meant for each day to be done twice per week. 

 

The programs are customized depending on what your phsyique needs are (i.e. overall muscle development vs. focusing on trimming down leg size).
