Together, we’ll:

  • Assess your current training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
  • Identify what’s holding you back from your next level
  • Create realistic, goal-focused strategies that align with your schedule and experience
  • Answer your specific questions — from macros and cardio to mindset and recovery

 

You’ll leave with the clarity to move forward with purpose — whether you’re a beginner building a foundation or an athlete fine-tuning performance.

Format: In-Person at Cambridge Fitness Center 

Perfect for: Anyone wanting expert direction, accountability, and a tailored plan that actually works

  • 1-hour in-person session

    • Personalized assessment of your goals, lifestyle, training and eating habits

    • Step-by-step guidance to set up your training and nutrition for success

  • 30-minute follow-up session (within 2 weeks)

    • Review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and tweak your plan

Optional Add-on:

  • Customized written nutrition plan delivered after your first session (+$50)

  • Customized written training plan delivered after your first session (+$50)
