By purchasing this coaching subscription you understand:

- No transferring services
- 3 month minimum is REQUIRED for the monthly coaching subscription
- MUST give 30 days notice for cancellation of subscription
- MUST remain an active client for at least 2 months post-show for proper guidance through the reverse process
Monthly* Competition Coaching
Please note that there are no refunds on programming purchases due to the nature of intellectual property and e-commerce law. Due to providing the best service for my clients, I cannot put a program on hold and restart using the remaining time, so please consider this when selecting the duration of your monthly subscription.
For subscription billing I offer the option to schedule one or more payments to be automatically deducted from your checking, savings or credit card account. When you make a purchase with subscription billing, your payment authorization will remain in effect until the programming agreement is paid in full, and you agree to notify me in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 30 days prior to your next billing date
In short, all monthly subscription options are contracted for that duration - if you need to cancel your monthly subscription or stop working with me prior to the end of your contract, you are still responsible for the subsequent monthly payments until the span of the program option you purchased is completed. To cancel your monthly program, please email me at coach@coachkikilfg.com a minimum of 30 days prior to your billing date.
As a competition client, you must retain an active coaching subscription at least 2 months post-competition in order to properly guide you through the post-contest reverse dieting phase.
I value and invest a lot into all of my current athletes. In order for me to be able to do that, I do limit the numbers of athletes that I bring on the team. I do not take every interested individual who sends in an inquiry. My reputation is on the line just as much as yours is once you step on that stage. You will get honesty and transparency from me. I coach because I love it and I genuinely want to help people reach their goals! I design all of my coaching plans custom for each individual, once I receive your initial payment, please be patient as I put together your training, nutrition and supplementation plans.
While your health is my number one priority, I am not a physician or registered dietitian. The contents of the program should not be taken as medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health problem - nor is it intended to replace the advice of a physician. Always consult your physician or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health.

As your coach, I am committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals and want you to have the best possible experience throughout the program. In this agreement, we have included information regarding the program and the Client-Coach relationship. I ask that you read, sign, and date this form acknowledging that you agree to abide by the guidelines outlined below. Should you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
The Nature of the Program:Coach Kiki (further referred to as Coaching in this document) is a respectful combination of nutrition/education, conversation, experimentation, goal-setting, and implementation/follow-through with strategic action steps. It is designed to help you work toward your highest health and fitness goals; more specifically, with regard to nutrition and body composition, to properly evaluate and adjust your goals as necessary, and to help you develop an empowered relationship between your body and food.
The Role of the Coach:
The role of the Coach from Coach Kiki is to assist with the improvement of nutrition-related challenges, such as weight, hormones, sleep, energy levels, and body image, as well as to develop a general understanding of the importance of proper nutrition. We will also provide recommended strength training, cardio, and accessory work throughout the program that will help you reach your specific goals. The Coach will assess your lifestyle, eating habits, workout routines and progress and will suggest modifications to the Client's nutritional, fitness and lifestyle habits accordingly. Coaching services are not to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal advice, or medical advice.
The Role of the Client:
Ultimately, the coaching relationship is about you, the Client. Your primary role as the Client is to take full responsibility for your nutritional habits and lifestyle. You enter into Coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for making your own decisions to realize results. Furthermore, your honesty, motivation, and willingness to adhere to the program are imperative to achieve your desired results. If there is anything that is not satisfactory for you about our work together, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to correct it. Mutual honesty and trust are critical for our success in working together. You agree not to hold the Coach liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the Coaching process.
Confidentiality:
Confidentiality is important to us. We will keep all information exchanged between us confidential. Furthermore, we will not disclose any information that you share with us with anyone else unless: 1) we believe you are at risk of being of danger to yourself or others, 2) when required by law, or 3) you have given us prior written permission.
Preparation:
To ensure the most productive use of our check-ins, please ensure you are thoroughly prepared for your weekly check-in Prior to checking in. Please take time to reflect on your progress and challenges in the past week and to thoroughly fill out the biofeedback and tracker forms provided. This will allow me to review your week prior to our check-in as well.
If at any point in time you need to contact me with questions or feedback between check-ins, please reach out to me through email. I try to respond the same day, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.If it’s an emergency you can reach me at 740-801-0804.
Payment Policy:
Prior to the commencement of Coaching, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price for your plan monthly. You will fill out the coaching subscription through my website’s shop. Payments will recur monthly, automatically through the website. Your monthly rate will not change without advance notice.
Cancellation Policy:
A 60 day written notice of cancellation is required.
Disclosure:
Fitness/Nutrition coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. Trained Nutrition/Fitness Coaches may not make any medical diagnoses, claims and/or substitute for your personal physician’s care. As your nutrition and/or fitness coach I do not provide a second opinion or in any way attempt to alter the treatment plans or therapeutic goals/recommendations of your personal physician. It is my role to partner with you to provide ongoing support and accountability as you create an action plan to meet and maintain your health goals.
Training & Exercise Recommendations:
Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone. Check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program to avoid/reduce the risk of injury. Perform these exercises at your own risk. Coach Kiki will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained as a result of using any fitness program recommended by Coach Kiki.Materials on my Social Media pages are provided for educational and informational use only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless my website and company for any direct or indirect loss or conduct incurred as a result of your use of my website and any related communications, including as a result of any consequences incurred from technological failures such as a payment processor error(s) or system failure(s).

The non-prevailing party in any dispute under this agreement shall pay all costs and expenses, including expert witness fees and attorneys' fees, incurred by the prevailing party in resolving such dispute.
