Coaching Subscription: Terms & Conditions

Please note that there are no refunds on programming purchases due to the nature of intellectual property and e-commerce law.  Due to providing the best service for my clients, I cannot put a program on hold and restart using the remaining time, so please consider this when selecting the duration of your monthly subscription. 

 

For subscription billing I offer the option to schedule one or more payments to be automatically deducted from your checking, savings or credit card account.  When you make a purchase with subscription billing, your payment authorization will remain in effect until the programming agreement is paid in full, and you agree to notify me in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 30 days prior to your next billing date


In short, all monthly subscription options are contracted for that duration - if you need to cancel your monthly subscription or stop working with me prior to the end of your contract, you are still responsible for the subsequent monthly payments until the span of the program option you purchased is completed.  To cancel your monthly program, please email me at  coach@coachkikilfg.com a minimum of 30 days prior to your billing date.  


As a competition client, you must retain an active coaching subscription at least 2 months post-competition in order to properly guide you through the post-contest reverse dieting phase. 


I value and invest a lot into all of my current athletes. In order for me to be able to do that, I do limit the numbers of athletes that I bring on the team. I do not take every interested individual who sends in an inquiry. My reputation is on the line just as much as yours is once you step on that stage. You will get honesty and transparency from me. I coach because I love it and I genuinely want to help people reach their goals!  I design all of my coaching plans custom for each individual, once I receive your initial payment, please be patient as I put together your training, nutrition and supplementation plans.  


While your health is my number one priority, I am not a physician or registered dietitian. The contents of the program should not be taken as medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health problem - nor is it intended to replace the advice of a physician. Always consult your physician or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health.
