Buffalo Chicken Dip Built for Game Day (and Real Life)

This Blitzing Buffalo Chicken Dip gives you everything you want on Super Bowl Sunday—bold flavor, creamy texture, and serious crowd appeal—without leaving you feeling sluggish afterward. It’s packed with protein, easy to prep in the crockpot, and perfect for sharing. This is proof you can enjoy the party and stay on track.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast or 99% lean ground turkey

  • 6 oz fat-free or reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  • ~1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix

  • 1–2 tbsp granulated sugar substitute

  • 1–2 tbsp brown sugar substitute

  • ½ tbsp baking powder

  • 1–2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

  • ½ tsp sage

  • ½ tsp allspice


Directions

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and cook LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3 hrs

  2. Shred chicken with two forks

  3. Blend cottage cheese until smooth

  4. Add all remaining ingredients to crockpot and stir

  5. Cook LOW 2–3 hrs or HIGH 1 hr

  6. Serve warm with veggies, chips, or pitas
