Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken breast or 99% lean ground turkey
6 oz fat-free or reduced-fat cheddar cheese
~1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix
1–2 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
1–2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
½ tbsp baking powder
1–2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)
½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
½ tsp sage
½ tsp allspice
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot and cook LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3 hrs
Shred chicken with two forks
Blend cottage cheese until smooth
Add all remaining ingredients to crockpot and stir
Cook LOW 2–3 hrs or HIGH 1 hr
Serve warm with veggies, chips, or pitas
