Because Cravings Happen...
This is for the girls who love dessert… but also love feeling good. This sugar cookie dough hits the nostalgic, fun, “this tastes like childhood” note — while still fitting into a routine that actually works.
No baking. No complicated steps. Just a solid, satisfying option that lets you enjoy something sweet without overthinking it or undoing your day.
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Max Effort Vanilla Cinnamon Pea Protein
½ cup Oat Flour
3 tbsp Almond Flour
1–2 tbsp Granulated Monkfruit Sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Light Butter, melted (I used Blue Bonnet Light)
1 tbsp Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Almond Extract
1 tbsp Almond Milk (plus more as needed for consistency)
Sprinkles (necessary) 🎉
DIRECTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Stir in the melted butter, pancake syrup, extracts, and almond milk.
The dough should be firm but pressable — add a splash of almond milk if needed.
Gently fold in the sprinkles.
Roll into dough balls or store the dough in an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
Enjoy! 🍪
