With all of the parties, gatherings, and delicious treats, it can be easy to fall off the wagon and indulge a little too much. But don't worry, as a women's fitness coach, I have some tips to help you stay on track during the holiday season.

Set realistic goals. It's important to have realistic expectations when it comes to your fitness during the holidays. Instead of trying to maintain your usual rigorous workout routine, aim for a more manageable goal, such as staying active for at least 30 minutes a day or incorporating some form of physical activity into your daily routine.

Plan ahead. The holidays can be a hectic time, so it's important to plan ahead to ensure that you have time for your workouts. This could mean setting aside a specific time each day for exercise, or scheduling your workouts in advance so that you can make sure to fit them into your busy schedule.

Find a workout buddy. Having a workout buddy can be a great way to stay motivated and accountable during the holiday season. Find a friend or family member who is also trying to stay active and plan to workout together. You can also consider joining a fitness class or group workout to surround yourself with like-minded individuals who can provide support and encouragement.
