Circuits That Crush... In 30 Minutes or Less ⏱️
Your full-body workout menu — choose your flavor!

If you’re juggling kids, work, laundry, and that never-ending to-do list, finding time for the gym can feel impossible. That’s where circuits come in hot. These are quick, efficient, and built for real life — no fancy equipment required.
1. Full-Body HIIT Circuit
✅ Burn calories, build strength — all in under 30 minutes.
This one’s a total-body blast. Think short bursts of effort with quick rest in between. It’s perfect when you need max sweat in minimal time.
Workout:
40 sec squats → 20 sec rest
40 sec push-ups → 20 sec rest
40 sec jumping lunges → 20 sec rest
40 sec plank to shoulder taps → 20 sec rest
→ Repeat 3–4 rounds
2. Bodyweight Strength Circuit
✅ No gear? No problem.
You don’t need a gym to get strong. This bodyweight circuit hits all the right muscles and takes up next to no space. Great for hotel rooms, living rooms, or front porches.
Workout:
15 air squats
10 push-ups
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
30-sec plank hold→
Repeat 3–5 rounds
3. Dumbbell Strength & Cardio Circuit
✅ Grab your dumbbells — we’re getting to work.
A spicy little blend of strength and cardio that’s perfect if you’ve got a pair of dumbbells (or something close enough). This one will have your heart rate up and muscles burning.
Workout:
12 dumbbell thrusters
10 bent-over rows
15 kettlebell or dumbbell swings
12 reverse lunges (each leg)
30-sec mountain climbers→
Repeat 3–4 rounds
Core & Cardio Circuit
✅ Abs and sweat — name a better combo.
This one hits your core hard while keeping your heart rate up. It’s fast, fun, and you’ll definitely feel it tomorrow (in a good way).
Workout:
30-sec jumping jacks
30-sec bicycle crunches or In-n-Outs
30-sec Russian twists
30-sec burpees→
Repeat 3–5 rounds
