BLTs (bites, licks, and tastes) aren’t evil — but when your goal is fat loss or recomposition, they add up fast. You can hit your macros 90% of the time, but that extra 10% of “I didn’t log it” could be why you’re not seeing results. The math doesn’t lie.


So what can you do?


Start paying attention. Notice when you snack without thinking — especially while cooking or cleaning up.


Track everything (yes, even that spoonful). The more aware you are, the more consistent you’ll be.


Stay mindful, not obsessive. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s awareness.


Because at the end of the day, progress doesn’t come from perfection… it comes from the habits you repeat — even the small ones.
