Pizza Muffins > Regular Muffins

Pizza in muffin form? Easy win.

These Pigskin Pizza Muffins are cheesy, packed with turkey pepperoni, and easy to make with ingredients you may already have in the kitchen.

Make a batch for the family or keep a few in the fridge for an easy grab-and-go meal or snack.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix

  • ¾ cup water or milk of choice

  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt or nonfat cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce

  • 1–2 tsp. FeastMode Pizza Parmesan Seasoning OR a combination of garlic powder and Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup fat-free or light mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup turkey pepperoni, diced

  • Extra marinara sauce for dipping, optional

Let’s Make Them

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan.

  • In a large bowl, combine the Kodiak mix, water or milk, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, marinara, and seasonings.

  • Mix until everything is combined.

  • Gently fold in the mozzarella and diced turkey pepperoni. You want all that pizza goodness spread throughout every muffin.

  • Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full. If you want them extra cheesy, sprinkle a little more mozzarella over the top.

  • Bake for 16–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve them warm with a little marinara on the side for dipping, or let them cool and save them for later. They work either way.

With 12 muffins in a batch, they’re easy to share at an Easter get-together—and just as easy to meal prep for yourself.

Pizza flavor. Easy portions. Minimal work.

Enjoy!
