Baked Fish Meal Prep

This is something that I prep 2-3x per week for my weekly meals, I love fish - gimme all of the gills! This could be made with any white flakey fish like cod, snapper, tilapia or mahi-mahi (only one mahi if you aren't that hungry lol). My primary source of protein comes from fish so I like switching up the flavor profiles by utilizing different seasonings and spices.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Any lean flakey fish - I prefer wild caught

Cod, Mahi-Mahi, Red Snapper Tilapia, etc

  • Cooking Spray

  • Any spices/seasonings, your choice!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Spray a prepared baking sheet with cooking spray

  3. Place fish on sheet and sprinkle with desired seasonings/spices

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily

MACROS ~3 oz cooked (depending on variety) ~ 100 Calories | 1g Fat | 1g Carbs |21g Protein

Some of my favorite seasoning blends come from Trader Joe's - the new Citrus Garlic is so good on fish! But IYKYK - cinnamon on cod is my absolute fav!
