Ingredients:
4 scoops Max Effort Muscle Whey Protein
½ cup Oat Flour
5 tbsp Light Butter (e.g., Blue Bonnet Light)
6 tbsp Sugar Substitute (or regular sugar)
2 tbsp Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Optional: 1-2 tbsp Chocolate Chips, sprinkles, etc.
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the protein powder.
Add protein powder last, stirring until the mixture reaches a cookie dough consistency.
Add any mix-ins you like—Halloween sprinkles and mini chocolate chips are fun options!
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape the dough into silicone molds, roll into balls, or press onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
(Optional) Dip the bites in melted chocolate for extra flavor.
Place bites back in the fridge to harden.
