 welcome to your new go-to meal. These Big Mac Smash Tacos are high-protein, customizable, ridiculously easy, and truly crave-level delicious. Whether you're tracking macros, trying to keep meals fun, or just want something that tastes like fast food but fuels your goals, this recipe delivers on all fronts.

🌼 THE RECIPE


For the Tacos:

  • 12 Mini Flour Tortillas or Joseph’s Pita (Oat/Flax)

  • 1 lb Ground Meat (lean beef, turkey, or chicken)

  • œ White Onion, finely diced

  • Pickles, Tomatoes, Shredded Lettuce (toppings)


For the Sauce:

  • ÂŒ cup Light Mayo or Greek Yogurt

  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Relish

  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard

  • œ tsp White Vinegar

  • œ tsp Stevia

  • ÂŒ tsp Paprika, Garlic & Onion Powder


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Divide meat into 12 equal portions.

  3. Place a tortilla on the counter, flatten one portion of meat onto it until it forms a thin, even layer.

  4. Heat a pan to medium-high. Place the tortilla meat-side down and press firmly (smash burger style).

  5. Cook 3–4 minutes until browned.

  6. Flip, add cheese if desired, finish cooking.

  7. Top with onions, lettuce, pickles, and your Big Mac sauce.

  8. Enjoy a macro-friendly masterpiece!
