Looking for a snack that’s as nutritious as it is delicious? Say hello to your new favorite: Protein Granola! Perfect for busy mornings, pre-workout fuel, or just a guilt-free treat, this recipe checks all the boxes.


Bonus—it’s totally customizable, so you can make it your own!


Ingredients:

1.5 Cups Rolled/Quick Oats

2.5 tbsp Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup (or maple syrup, agave, or honey—carbs will be higher)

¼ Cup Nut/Seed Butter (like tahini, almond, or peanut butter)

2 tbsp Light Butter

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp Salt

Optional Mix-ins: Dried fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, etc.


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.


Stir in nut/seed butter, syrup, and salt until smooth.


In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and cinnamon.


Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until fully coated.


Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet.


Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.


Cool for an hour, then mix in any add-ins like dried fruit or chocolate chips.


Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
