BLT SLAW

4 slices center cut bacon/turkey bacon (cooked & crumbled)

4.5 cups Napa Cabbage (thinly sliced)

2.5 cups Red Cabbage (thinly sliced)

1 cups shredded carrots

1-2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)

1/4 cup Minced Cilantro (optional)


DRESSING:

2 tbsp Lime Juice

2 tbsp Olive/Avocado Oil (or Apple cider vinegar if fat needs are lower)

1-2 tsp honey OR sugar substitute

Pinch of salt


Prepare vegetables and combine in a large bowl.

In small bowl whisk dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables.
