Customize with your favorite mix-ins, from chocolate chips to dried fruit, for that personal touch. Follow our simple steps and bake your way to chewy, protein-rich goodness.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Quick Oats
2 Scoops TriBlend Protein
2 TBSP Ground Flaxseeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
¼ Cup Nut Butter (I used FitButters)
¼ Cup Honey OR SF Pancake Syrup (for lower carbs)
½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 - 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or any other mix-ins like dried fruit)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 Pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flax, cinnamon and salt
In a separate bowl combine nut butter, honey OR syrup, almond milk and vanilla -mix until fully combined
Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir until fully incorporated
Either fold in your mix-ins or sprinkle on top
Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan, press down firmly
Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges begin to turn golden brown
Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into bars enjoy

Per Piece (SF Syrup version): 135 Cals - 7.5g Protein, 15g Carbs, 5.5g Fat
