Caramel + Chocolate = Your New Favorite Protein Fix

Some days you just need a cookie. But instead of wrecking your progress, why not bake one that actually helps you hit your protein goals? These Caramel Chocolate Protein Cookies taste like a bakery treat but sneak in 7 grams of protein per serving. Sweet tooth: satisfied, macros: intact.


🍪 Caramel Chocolate Protein Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 scoops MaxEffort Vanilla Protein

  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp Oat Flour

  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar Substitute (or regular)

  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 4 tbsp Melted Butter

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp Caramel Baking Chips

  • Optional: Caramel Sauce for drizzling


Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix in melted butter + syrup until dough forms.

  3. Fold in baking chips; refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a cookie sheet.

  5. Roll into 6 balls, bake 10 minutes.

  6. Cool completely, drizzle with caramel, and enjoy!
