Some days you just need a cookie. But instead of wrecking your progress, why not bake one that actually helps you hit your protein goals? These Caramel Chocolate Protein Cookies taste like a bakery treat but sneak in 7 grams of protein per serving. Sweet tooth: satisfied, macros: intact.
🍪 Caramel Chocolate Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
1.5 scoops MaxEffort Vanilla Protein
¼ cup + 2 tbsp Oat Flour
¼ cup Brown Sugar Substitute (or regular)
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
4 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Caramel Baking Chips
Optional: Caramel Sauce for drizzling
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix in melted butter + syrup until dough forms.
Fold in baking chips; refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a cookie sheet.
Roll into 6 balls, bake 10 minutes.
Cool completely, drizzle with caramel, and enjoy!
