PBJ Puppy Chow: Sweet Gains, No Guilt ✅

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Max Effort Protein

  • 1 family-size bag cereal (Strawberry Toast Crunch, or swap for Strawberry Protein Cheerios, Strawberry Rice Chex, or Three Wishes Strawberry)

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (Lilly’s is a great no sugar added brand)


Directions

  1. Prep the cereal: Add your cereal to a large bowl with a lid or a big Ziploc bag.

  2. Melt & mix: Combine peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50–75% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

  3. Coat the cereal: Pour the peanut butter–chocolate mixture over your cereal. Stir until every piece is coated.

  4. Protein power-up: Add protein powder, then shake, shake, shake until fully covered.

  5. Enjoy Grab a handful (or two) and snack happy.
