Max Effort Muscle Protein Cookie Dough Recipe: Sprinklelicious Delight

Sprinkle Protein Cookie Dough


INGREDIENTS:



1/2 Cup Oats (ground into oat flour - can also use other flour alternatives but nutrition information will change)


2 tbsp Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew - i used FitButters Monster Cookie Peanut Butter which is high in protein!)


2 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup (or other sweetened syrup like agave/honey)


1 tsp Vanilla


SPRINKLES! (measure with your soul)


**Almond/cashew milk OR water as needed


DIRECTIONS


Mix together the protein powder, oat flour, nut butter, syrup and vanilla until combined


Add in water/milk by the tsp to get to desired consistency


Mix in sprinkles!


Eat immediately by the spoonful or roll into balls & decorate

33g Protein, 42g Carbs, 21g Fat - F(entire batch)


**I made mine into 6 individual servings - 80 cal each - 3.5g Fat, 7g Carbs, 5.5g Protein
