Max Effort Muscle Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 50 grams Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 5 tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup (or substitute with regular maple syrup or honey)

  • A pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the oats and protein powder in a small bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, blend the peanut butter, applesauce, and syrup.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. If the mixture feels like it's conspiring against your cookie dreams by being too crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp more applesauce.

  5. Weigh out 20g portions and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently press with a fork.

  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes—keep an eye out, as they go from perfect to hockey pucks quickly!

  7. Let them cool slightly and enjoy your guilt-free indulgence!
