Protein Brownie Bites w/ Coach Kiki

Did someone say... BROWNIES?! 😮

I mean, who doesn't like brownies? Better yet, who doesn't like brownies with a bit of extra gainz on top? Yep, I've whipped up another concoction to get your tastes buds going crazy - without feeling the guilt that you just ate an entire pan of brownies!

MINI PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 Scoop Max Effort Protein (I used S’mores - any flavor or plant works)

  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, or nut butter of your choice

  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  • Graham Crackers or other mix-ins/topping as desired

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray

  • Mix all ingredients together to form a batter

  • Add 1 tbsp batter to each mini muffin cavity

  • Bake for 5-6 minutes - you want it to be gooey, so don’t overbake!

NUTRITION

50 Cals - 6g Protein, 3g Carbs, 32g Fat - F (makes 8 bites)

PLANT PROTEIN NO BAKE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Scoop Max Effort Plant Protein

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips (I used Lily's Chocolate Chips)

  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter, your choice

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup (or other sweetened syrup like agave/honey)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 3 tbsp Cocoa OR Cacao Powder

  • 3.5 tbsp canned pumpkin or unsweetened applesauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Microwave the chocolate chips, syrup and peanut butter until fully melted and combined (about 30 seconds)

  • Add the pumpkin and cocoa until smooth

  • Then stir in the protein powder until a soft dough forms

  • Shape into a rectangle on parchment paper and place in the fridge for an hour to set

Optional Frosting: Melt an additional tbsp of chocolate chips and syrup together and spread on top

Cut into bars and enjoy! (Keep leftovers in fridge)

NUTRITION

32g Protein, 52g Carbs, 32g Fat - F(entire batch)

**I made mine into 6 individual servings
