These protein bars strike the perfect balance between nutrition and tastiness. Packed with a satisfying crunch and a hint of chocolate goodness, these bars are not only easy to whip up but also a delicious way to sneak in some extra protein.
3.5 cups of cereal (about 140g)
2 tbsp light butter (I used country crock light)
140g Marshmallows (a little less than half a bag of marshmallows)
1 scoop Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (I used chocolate)
Spray a baking pan or container with non-stick spray and set aside
Microwave the butter for 20-30 seconds until melted
Add the marshmallows and microwave in 30 sec. Intervals until melted
Stir in the MaxEffort Protein until combined
Add in the cereal of choice and combine until fully coated
Pour the coated cereal into your container and press down the mixture
Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes to solidify
You can add in any other additives you would like - like sprinkles, crushed cookies, etc.
