Pumpkin Gains: Tri-Blend Protein Pumpkin Cakes Recipe!

No need to fret, these Max Effort Pumpkin Pie Protein Cakes are protein-packed and bursting with your favorite fall flavors.


All you need? A handful of simple ingredients. Each bite-sized cake logs just 32 calories and 5 grams of protein... aka you can savor the season without any guilt. So, preheat your oven, grab your protein, and let's get started!


INGREDIENTS

¼ Cup Canned Pumpkin 2 tbsp Coconut Flour (or other flour) 1.5 scoops Pumpkin Tri-Blend Protein 2 Egg Whites OR ⅓ cup Liquid Egg Whites 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix All ingredients together to form a batter Spoon into mini muffin tin (I used a festive silicone skull pan Bake for 8 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean **do not overbake Let cool and top with a powdered sugar, nut butter or protein powder glaze
