Max Effort Muscle Protein Fudge Bites 😋
These tasty treats not only make getting your protein intake more interesting, fun, and easy, but they also offer a convenient way to fuel your body post-workout or curb cravings.
Simple & customizable
Crafting these protein fudge bites is not only simple but also customizable to your taste preferences. With just a handful of ingredients like light butter, unsweetened applesauce, Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein, sugar-free pudding mix, coconut flour, and stevia powdered sugar, you can whip up a batch of these in no time.
The best part? You can tailor them to suit your cravings by adding your favorite toppings or mix-ins, whether it's chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit. Each bite is low in calories, low in carbs, and a solid amount of protein.
Translation: These are the ideal snack for women looking to support their fitness goals and maintain energy levels throughout the day.
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp Light Butter (I used Country Crock)
3.5 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Scoops Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (any flavor)
2 tbsp Sugar Free Pudding Mix (any flavor)
2 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Stevia Powdered Sugar
Any toppings/mix-ins your heart desires
DIRECTIONS
Combine the Light Butter and Unsweetened Applesauce together
Add in rest of your dry ingredients and mix until smooth
Press the fudge mixture into whatever container you have - I used a silicone mini cupcake mold but you could press it into a different container and then just cut/portion out afterwards
Place in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes to firm up
Decorate with sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc. and enjoy! - Best kept in fridge or freezer
