Pi Day Special: A Brownie Pie That Packs a Protein Punch 🥧 🥊

Instructions

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce

1 TBSP Nut Butter (I used FitButters Brookie)

2 Mini Keebler Pie Crusts

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degreesCombine Protein, Cocoa, Applesauce and Nut Butter until combined. Add in 1-2 tbsp of water/almond milk until a brownie batter consistency. Pour batter into pie crusts. Bake for 4-6 minutes until set on top but still gooey (you do NOT want to overbake). Enjoy!
