St. Patty's Protein Delight: Lucky Charms Bars Recipe

Transform Your Snack Game with Our Lucky Protein Bars!

Celebrate with a festive snack that's as nutritious as it is delicious. Your taste buds and muscles will thank you.

Get ready to charm your taste buds and boost your protein intake with our delightful Lucky Charms Protein Bars! These festive treats are not only perfect for St. Patrick's Day but are also a fantastic way to add a fun twist to your health and fitness routine.

Made with simple ingredients like light butter, marshmallows, and your favorite cereal, these bars are then amped up with a scoop of Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein. The result? A deliciously chewy bar that satisfies your sweet tooth and supports your muscle recovery.

But that's not all...

We've topped these beauties with a protein frosting that's as easy to make as it is delicious, using just protein powder, a sugar substitute, and a splash of milk. And for an extra festive touch, we've added a hint of green to celebrate in true St. Patty's style!

3.5 cups of cereal (about 140g)

2 tbsp light butter (I used country crock light)

140g Marshmallows (a little less than half a bag of marshmallows)

1 scoop Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (I used chocolate)

2 tbsp Powdered Sugar Substitute

4 tbsp Milk of choice

Spray a baking pan or container with non-stick spray and set aside

Microwave the butter for 20-30 seconds until melted

Add the marshmallows and microwave in 30 sec. Intervals until melted

Stir in the MaxEffort Protein until combined

Add in the cereal of choice and combine until fully coated

Pour the coated cereal into your container and press down the mixture

Make The frosting by combining the three ingredients together (I also added in green food coloring for the St Patty’s day theme!)

Dip, Pour, or Spread evenly on your bars
