👩‍🍳 Ingredients (makes 14 bites):

  • 85g (about 2 cups) Cocoa Pebbles cereal

  • 1 tbsp Light butter (I used Country Crock Light)

  • 85g Mini marshmallows

  • 1 scoop Max Effort Whey Protein


Protein Peanut Butter Shell:

  • 1 scoop Max Effort Whey Protein

  • ¼ cup Peanut butter

  • ½ tbsp Coconut oil


📋 Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

  2. Microwave butter for 20–30 seconds until melted.

  3. Add mini marshmallows and microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  4. Stir in Max Effort Whey Protein until fully combined.

  5. Add cereal and stir to coat completely.

  6. Scoop mixture into even portions using a cookie scoop or spoon, then roll into balls.

  7. For the shell: melt peanut butter and coconut oil together, then mix in protein powder.

  8. Dip each bite into the PB protein mixture and let set.

  9. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra treat.

  10. Let harden and enjoy!
