Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A nuggets? They're crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. But if you're looking for a healthier option, these DIY grilled nuggets are the way to go. Not only are they lower in calories and fat, but they're also packed with protein, making them the perfect option for a post-workout snack or a quick and easy dinner.
The key to making these nuggets taste like the real thing is in the marinade. By using a combination of pickle juice and unsweetened almond milk, you'll be able to replicate that classic Chick-Fil-A flavor. The pickle juice provides the tangy taste that's so distinctive of the chain's nuggets, while the almond milk helps to keep the chicken moist and juicy.
Once the chicken is marinated, it's time to season it with the CFA spice mix. This blend of garlic powder, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper, and powdered sugar will give your nuggets that irresistible taste that you love.
Cooking the nuggets is easy: you can grill them, cook them on the stove, or even use an air fryer or oven. No matter which method you choose, be sure to use a non-stick cooking spray to prevent the nuggets from sticking to the pan. And don't overdo it on the cooking time - 8-10 minutes is all you need, depending on the thickness of your nuggets.
So next time you're craving Chick-Fil-A nuggets, give these DIY grilled nuggets a try. Not only are they a healthier option, but they're also just as delicious as the real thing. Enjoy!
