Grilled Pork Tenderloin & Air Fried Jo Jo's Fries Recipe!




PROTEIN MARINADE:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut/liquid aminos or worcestershire

  • 2 tbsp vinegar - balsamic, apple cider, distilled

  • 2 tbsp Juice - lemon,lime, OJ, etc

  • 1 tbsp Mustard, any variety

  • ½-1 tbsp sweetener - honey, agave, maple syrup, SF sweetener

  • 1tsp each - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, basil

  • S&P, to taste

**Mix all together and pour over trimmed protein



MARINADE:

Marinade in fridge for 4+ hours or overnight



GRILL

Grill on medium grill - I used my ninja grill but you could also use an outdoor/charcoal grill, or baked in a cast iron skillet



INGREDIENTS

  • Oil Spray

  • Potato - red, russet, gold

  • S&P to taste + any other seasonings of choice


DIRECTIONS

  1. Wrap washed potato in a damp paper towel or in a microwave potato pouch

  2. Microwave for 4-6 minutes, until tender (time will vary based on size of potato

  3. Let cool and cut into JoJo wedges or fry shape of your choice

  4. Place in 400 degree Air Fryer basket

  5. Spray lightly with oil spray and sprinkle with seasoning

  6. Cook until desired crispness, mine took 6-8 minutes
