Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Without the Crash šŸ«šŸ˜Ž

This isn’t your average granola. It’s rich, chocolatey, and lightly sweet — but with 7g of protein per serving, it’s got the gains to back it up. Whether you sprinkle it on yogurt, eat it by the handful, or pack it for road trips, this recipe’s about to be your new go-to.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Granola

Servings:Ā 10 | Calories:Ā 102 | Protein:Ā 7g | Carbs:Ā 13g | Fat:Ā 2.5g

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal (Nature’s Path)

  • 1.5 scoops Max Effort Protein (Whey or Plant)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix (optional but amazing)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup sugar-free pancake syrup

  • 2–4 tbsp melted peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp liquid egg whites (or 1 egg white)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add syrup, peanut butter, and egg whites. Stir until well combined.

  4. Spread evenly across the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir to break up clusters.

  6. Bake another 6–8 minutes, shaking every few minutes until crispy.

  7. Cool completely — it will crisp up more as it cools.

  8. Store in an airtight container.

āœ… Pro tip:Ā Try it over Greek yogurt, smoothie bowls, or straight out of the jar. No judgment.
