Ready to whip up a treat that's both delicious and packed with protein? These Max Effort Protein Blondie Cups are here to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your fitness goals.

They're soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet, making them the ideal snack for anyone looking to stay on track while indulging in something tasty. Plus, they're easy to makeā€”just mix, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 135g Max Effort Protein (4.5 scoops)

  • 3/4 cup Oat Flour

  • 1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp Almond Flour

  • 6 tbsp Cashew Butter (or other nut butter)

  • 6 tbsp Light Butter (I used Blue Bonnet light)

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  • 5 tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute OR regular Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Cinnamon Chips, Chocolate Chips, etc. (optional)

Directions:

  1. PreheatĀ your oven to 325Ā°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk togetherĀ the nut butter, butter, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, combineĀ all the dry ingredients (except the mix-ins).

  4. BlendĀ the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.

  5. Fold inĀ your choice of mix-ins like cinnamon chips or chocolate chips.

  6. PressĀ the dough into an 8x8-inch pan or a muffin tin for individual servings.

  7. BakeĀ for 12-14 minutes. A tip from me: underbake slightly for that perfect, gooey blondie texture!

  8. CoolĀ for an hour, then dig in! Store any leftovers in the fridge for the best texture.

These blondie cups are the perfect blend of protein and flavor, making them a guilt-free treat. Whether you're enjoying them post-workout or as an afternoon snack, they'll keep you satisfied and fueled.
