Your Favorite No-Bake Treat... Reinvented 😝
There’s nothing like the combination of peanut butter, chocolate, and crunch. These Protein Scotcheroos give you all the nostalgia of the classic treat, minus the sugar crash.
They’re quick, no-bake, and sneak in a solid dose of protein thanks to Max Effort Protein. Whether you need a sweet post-workout bite or just want something that feels indulgent without wrecking your plan — these bars are it.
Here’s how to make ‘em 👇
Ingredients

3 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Sugar-Free Syrup (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp + 1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Butterscotch Chips
1/8 tsp Salt
1 Scoop Max Effort Protein Powder

Chocolate Protein Topping:
1 scoop Max Effort Protein Powder
¼ cup Powdered Sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (adjust for texture)

Directions
Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, syrup, honey, butterscotch chips, and salt in 15-second intervals until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, then fold in puffed rice cereal.
Press mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
For the topping, mix all ingredients and add almond milk gradually until smooth.
Spread the chocolate topping over the base and freeze for 30 minutes.
