The Recipe: What Youâll Need
Ingredients (Makes 2 Cookies):
1 scoop Max Effort Muscle Plant Protein
2 tbsp oats (quick or rolled)
2 tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar
Œ tsp Cinnamon
â tsp Baking Soda
â tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water OR Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Light Butter
1 tbsp Creamy Nut Butter (almond butter recommended, but any works)
œ-1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions: How to Make Them
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (protein powder, oats, Truvia, cinnamon, baking soda, salt).
In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients (almond milk or water, light butter, nut butter, and vanilla extract).
Slowly fold the wet mixture into the dry until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until theyâre golden brown and slightly firm.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
