The Recipe: What You’ll Need

Ingredients (Makes 2 Cookies):

  • 1 scoop Max Effort Muscle Plant Protein

  • 2 tbsp oats (quick or rolled)

  • 2 tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar

  • ÂŒ tsp Cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp Baking Soda

  • ⅛ tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Water OR Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Light Butter

  • 1 tbsp Creamy Nut Butter (almond butter recommended, but any works)

  • œ-1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions: How to Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (protein powder, oats, Truvia, cinnamon, baking soda, salt).

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients (almond milk or water, light butter, nut butter, and vanilla extract).

  4. Slowly fold the wet mixture into the dry until a dough forms.

  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and slightly firm.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
